As of the beginning of August, TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s. has been formally merged with its parent company, TOSHULIN, a.s. This step is a natural outcome of our long-term strategy. It does not affect existing contractual relationships with partners and suppliers.
However, it brings greater efficiency, maximum flexibility, and alignment of activities across production and sales – all of which will ultimately benefit our customers, and that is what matters most to us.
